PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:Tom C. Morris is the principle attorney of Tom Morris & Associates, in Bella Vista, Arkansas, where his practice emphasizes estate planning, civil litigation, probate, business entities, contracts, criminal, real estate and governmental law. Tom earned his BS degree in English from the University of Arkansas and JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Tom served as Lowell City Judge, Lowell, Arkansas from April 2002 through December 2008, is a member of the Arkansas and Benton County Bar Associations and serves as a pro bono attorney for Ozark Legal Services. Tom most recently is the immediate past president of Lifeline of Northwest Arkansas and served on the state and southwest level of American Red Cross as Chairman and governing board member from 1998 to 2008.

BACKGROUND:Jesse earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the College of Business and Technology at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Jesse was a dean’s list student at the University of Arkansas School of Law, a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and a member of the ABA Student Division. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jesse was a table games dealer and Players’ Club rep at the Cherokee Casino in Oklahoma.
